The Story
The Beginning
George Beatty builds the original stone mill on the banks of the Musconetcong River in Warren County, New Jersey. The massive stone walls and timber framing are constructed to last centuries.

The Fisher Era
Under S.B. Fisher, the mill operations expand. The building becomes a cornerstone of the local community, processing grain and serving the growing settlements of the Musconetcong Valley.

The Restoration
A careful architectural restoration preserves the original stonework, hand-hewn beams, and the millrace that still channels the river beneath the structure. The building is brought back to life while honoring its 18th-century character.

A New Chapter
Reimagined as a luxury retreat, Beattystown Mill invites guests to sleep within 18th-century walls while the Musconetcong River flows beneath their feet. The bar sits directly over the water, and 1,500 feet of private riverfront awaits.
